What Does Selfcare Look Like During Midlife?

Self-care. ❤️

The only motivation you need is how you want to feel. Focus on that, not on the score of the scale or app results.

Get back to making it really simple: listen to the rhythm of your body, mind and soul. Lean into what feels good.

Everything else is BS: quick fixes, promises, and ‘secret’ meal/diet/workout plans. They all just want your money.

Focus on YOU. Be honest with yourself. Nurture yourself with food that is good for you. Plenty of water. Consistent sleep patterns. Be active. Give it time.

Real success NEVER happens overnight.
